Flights take place in good weather. In the case of strong wind, thunderstorms, rain or fog, flights are postponed free of charge. Confirmation of a flight is given the day before in order to avoid unnecessary costs (travel and accommodation).
We offer 2 types of tickets :
– Ticket 7/7 : Useable for day of choice.
– Weekly ticket : Useable from Monday to thursday morning or evening, and the friday morning. Except Public Holidays.
Tickets are valid for 2 years and can be used from April 15 to October 15.
Flight safety is our priority, balloon take-offs take place at sunrise or at the end of the day and only when the aerological conditions are sufficiently calm.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict the weather in the long term.
The flights are therefore planned according to the date of your choice and will be confirmed or canceled by the pilots with a 24-hour notice when they are in possession of the weather forecast for the following day.
This one-day notice allows passengers to avoid unnecessary travel costs. You just have to wait for the confirmation before moving.
If the forecasts are good, everything is perfect. We will welcome you at the time that will be communicated to you the day before the flight.
In the opposite case or in uncertain cases, the flights are canceled and postponed free of charge during the 2-year period of validity of the tickets and this, as many times as necessary.
Attention: Beyond 2 years the tickets are no longer valid even if the ticket has not been used.
For passengers who do not wish to keep their ticket following a flight cancellation, we recommend that you add the “cancellation insurance” option when placing your order in order to be reimbursed. (No ticket is reimbursed if the insurance was not taken out at the time of purchase).
